I am back

Hello Everyone!

So sorry I have not posted anything in the last 12 months.
My ipad died in September of last year 2019 and my phone was slowly packing up also.

I now still do not have a new ipad or laptop... But I do have a new phone, so hopefully I will be posting as and when. I need to get my blogging  mojo back.

New Year Wishes

First of all I like to wish everyone a Happy New Year. Secondly I would like to say sorry for the lack of post last year. It was partly to do with a family situation, and also the fact I had trouble with the tablet I use to write this on...

Hopefully I have sorted the problem out, so full stream ahead

New Friend

Hello all -  I'm still alive.....

If you are wondering where I have been. Well the answer is, I had trouble with my newish iPad (He was new to me anyhow ). I learnt I could write posts easy on the iPad. But couldn't upload photos, maybe my brother new of a way but didn't want to share and I couldn't go back to my old nexus7 as it was slowly dying. (Its still dying)

Until the other day when my Godmother said I could have her kindle fire.  Has she was upgrading to the latest version.  At first I was a little unsure about it, as I always thought the kindle is just for books. How wrong am I?

Today my Godmother pop around for coffee and a chat with my mum, she also dropped off the kindle.

I've decided from now on this is what I will be using from now on to blog...

See you soon

How the garden looks!

It as been a while since I've written anythink. To be honest my life if up in air at the moment.  That much so I have let the garden do what it want's.

I have even let every single weed or should I say miss placed plants. Yes there is dandelions!

You may have noticed the buddleia is no longer. Like we are all told buddleias will take over.  Well it's true, the buddleia started to take over the garden.  Which isn't good for my little garden.

Grandmother's Tree #TreeFollowing

It as been a while since I have done an updates on my grandmother's tree.

Before I start I best say I can not promise I will do a post every single month.

So like I have said in the past, nearly every day I walk or drive past my grandmother's tree. In some ways you could say I've been #treefollowing.
I do have to report back to family.

Back in May I noticed how my tree had started to blossom, by the 11th the tree was in full bloom... Then on the 14th of June I noticed my tree had lost its blossom.

I'm not completely sure if you can see from the pictures that there is fruit, little berries that looks like blueberries.
Please note they are not edible of course.

I'll finish off here till next time.

Don't forget to search #treefollowing on

Nature showing the way

In my last post I wrote how I had hit a brick wall, lost my gardening mojo. Down to the fact slugs and snails had ate everythink even the stuff I grew from seed.

I started to give up on my passion in life.
Just like I did when I was fourteen years old, which made me very much sad.

Then somethink beautiful happened - nature.
Nature took complete over and I didn't really mind either...

Nature shown me to not give up, not even to give up on your dreams.

This is how the well nature took over.

My Aloe Vera's in my mini greenhouse that is falling to pieces slowly.

I am amazed how well the Rhapsody in Blue has done this year... If your wondering where I got it from here is the link -

I'm not happy about the rose I bought from local Morrison's store. The rose I bought was the Queen Elizabeth Rose for £5.00 , but to me it looks like the rose as died, actually when I planted it there was not much of a root on it either.

My little tea plant!

Next post will be how I have saved a tomato plant..
